For final sale items (customized items), refund is not acceptable except for quality problem.
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same (new) condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
We only exchange products that are damaged, wrong product, wrong size, or defective. If you need to exchange an item please contact us at service@groviolife.com.
We do not charge a restocking fee on returns.
The return shipping fee must be borne by the customer due to customer’s responsibility. If issues are caused by us, the return shipping fee is borne by us.
Returns will be processed within 14 business days of receipt of your item(s). You will receive an email notification once your return is processed. Please note that payment processing is beyond our control and it may take up to 7-10 additional business days for the funds to be credited to your account used during checkout.
No restocking fee.
For defective products (This happens when the product is incorrect, damaged by the carrier, or defective in another way), No cost.
For customer remorse (This happens when the customer purchased the wrong product, it doesn’t fit, or they no longer want the item), Customer responsibility.
