Track a shipped order
Once your order has shipped, enter the tracking number from your shipping confirmation email below. Please do not enter your Shopify order number.

Tracking updates may take 24–72 hours to appear after the shipping confirmation is sent.
Tracking results are provided by 17TRACK and the relevant carrier. Some carriers may request the last four digits of the recipient’s phone number to verify a shipment. Never enter a password, card number, or payment information.

Orders & Tracking
Order status shows whether your order is confirmed, being prepared, or fulfilled. Shipment tracking begins after dispatch and shows carrier delivery events.
Your tracking number is included in the shipping confirmation email. It is different from your Shopify order number.
The carrier may not have scanned the parcel yet. Please allow 24–72 hours after receiving the shipping confirmation, check the number, and try again.
Some carriers require the last four digits of the recipient’s phone number to verify tracking details. Never enter your password, complete card number, or payment information.
Carrier scans can be delayed during customs processing or transfer between logistics partners. Contact us with your order number and tracking number if there is no update for an extended period.
